Ram Kadari – President and CEO

Under Ram’s leadership, Spry Solutions Group, Inc. (SSGI) has grown from a start-up in 2002 to a very profitable multi-million dollar business in the International Banking Services sector. Early in Spry’s history, Ram anticipated the growth of e-commerce in the global trade services sector, and, subsequently, he spearheaded Spry’s efforts in this niche market. He is an instrumental leader, and his insights have proven successful, culminating in one of Spry's major clients receiving Euro Money's top honors for Best Trade Finance Portal. Ram’s driven and relentless pursuit for success, coupled with his keen sense for top-line growth and his business acumen, are critical factors for Spry’s success today. Ram honed his analytical skills at the University of Illinois Engineering program and his management skills at the Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.

Eric Buckhalter – Resource Manager / Operations Manager

A graduate of the University of Oregon, Eric sharpened his corporate communications and business operations skills at Information Resources, Inc. (IRI), a leading market research firm based in Chicago, IL. Promoted from Vendor Coordinator to Senior Buyer during six years of service at IRI, Eric’s areas of expertise include purchasing / procurement and contract negotiations. His relentless and recognized efforts to streamline corporate processes have since led him to such clients as Exelon Corporation (energy industry) where he established the procurement role for contracting professional services; and Amazon.com (internet retailing), where he was introduced to the seller’s side of the equation, working closely with the director for Amazon’s Associates Program, analyzing potential business partnerships and profit-sharing relationships. Eric joined Spry Solutions Group as the resource and operations manager in the summer of 2005.

Michelle Ith – Human Resources Lead

Michelle earned a bachelor degree in International Relations from California State University, Chico, and a bachelor degree in Germanic Studies from the Eberhard-Karls Universitaet Tuebingen, Germany. Michelle has over five years of experience in all facets of human resources on a global scale. She has worked in such diverse industries as government, automotive technology and innovation, airline, and banking; working with over 2,000 employees in large departments at leading global companies. Prior to joining Spry in April of 2008, Michelle led human resources initiatives, providing insight on strategic and operational design projects, implementing employee recognition programs, and developing human resources best practices. She has an impressive track record for effectively developing, implementing, and administering strategic human resources programs. Michelle is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management.
